Recently, I started working on a C# project.  My Start Page profile was set to Visual Basic, and the environment was optimized to develop in VB.  To change the environment to facilitate development in C#, here's what I had to do:

Select the menu item

Tools -> Import and Export Settings...

Then select Reset All Settings (you will be prompted to save your current configuration).

The following screen allows you to specify which collection of settings to reset to.
